24-bit no missing code, ENOB is 20 bits
2-line SPI interface
CS1237 is a high-precision and low power consumption analog-to-digital conversion chip. It provides one differential input channels and embeds a temperature sensor and a high-precision oscillator. The MCU can communicate with CS1237 through 2-line SPI interface to configure CS1237, for example, channel selection, PGA selection, and output rate selection.
Built-in crystal oscillator
Integrating a temperature sensor
Supporting the power-down function
2-line SPI interface, with the rate of up to 1.1 MHz
24-bit no missing code
PGA amplification times: 1, 2, 64, and 128
Integrating a 1-channel 24-bit differential input. When the gain of PGA is 128, ENOB is 20 bits (working under 5 V) or 19.5 bits (working under 3.3 V).
P-P noise: PGA=128, 10 Hz: 150 nV
INL smaller than 0.0015%
Output rate options: 10 Hz, 40 Hz, 640 Hz, and 1.28 kHz
Supporting internal short-circuit function
Precision measurement and control system
